High fermentation beer characterized by smoked. It offers a good balance between the characteristics of “smoke” and beer but very pleasant to drink. Smoky is a dark and sweet beer, full-bodied and slightly roasted, which may remind you coffee or sweet espresso. Unfiltered, not pasteurized.
